For me, the difference with Vorwerk is that we're really not sales whatsoever. Our business is all about showing a wonderful product and giving prospects the opportunity to see results and if they are impressed they choose to BUY from us. We have a world-class reputation for our product quality and performance and also our customer service. We rely heavily on customer recommendations so there is no room for any high pressure sales in our company.

Vorwerk is about ultimately selling products but the machine more or less does that for you, so you don’t have to be a salesperson. In fact what I’ve found from the people I’ve worked with over the years at Vorwerk is that if you are that much of a salesperson you’re less likely to let the machine do the talking.

I knew I wanted to be my own boss and the flexibilty that the role brings is what's really special. I can fit in my product demonstrations to small groups of people around my personal appointments, and there's no defined 'start' and 'end' times in my day. I also genuinely love the Kobold VK200 because, coming from a German brand, it's so ingenious that it almost sells itself!
